Comedy requires a special understanding of story and directing nuance. When it came to pairing a director with this project, Drew Pollins was a hole in one. With both a real athlete, Mac Boucher, and cast talent, Drew brought his comedic directing experience with real people and actors to the table.
Pre-Pro’ing the Pre-Pro
Once again we were tasked with a incredibly tight timeline of two weeks from award until production. Leveraging our teams robust network of connection for both locations and crews, we had the entire production queued up and ready to go as soon as we got the green light. This included scouting and negotiating rates on golf courses prior to our bid to ensure we could move quickly with accurate numbers.

Jaryl Lim provided cinematography and brought a cinematic BMW look to the traditionally flat world of comedic visuals. Paired with an all star crew we were able to pull off two spots, in two languages, in a multitude of different versions with their own alts.
